Why does the job box look lighter then the other?

Job listings that have a lighter / transparent look to them are due to because you have previously declined this job.

Take a look at the 411 page and there will be a key on the top of the page that explains the different icons/buttons.

How often is the job data updated?

Every 4-6 hours.

I am having troubles logging in , how do I get this fixed?

Well there are two common reason you might be able not to log in.
- Your account is not yet active, if you never received the email simply click on the "Re-send activation" link at the login page.
- You forgot your password, if you forgot your password simply click on "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset the page.
